Smriti & Cellular Memory
“Smriti means memory ~ bringing back the memory of what you are, back to yourself. You have health in your physiology, in your memory. So just reminding you of what you are—establishing that in yourself—is what is needed."

Levels of Smriti from Micro to Macro ~ Individual to Cosmic
According to Ayurveda, everything in the universe has its own unique smriti and corresponding structure. From inner microscopic levels to outer macroscopic, smriti is governing the form & function of everything, everywhere. We see this in the relationships between mind and body and individual and society. The Vedic texts go on to say that this reciprocal relationship extends to the whole universe ~
“As is the human body, so is the cosmic body. As is the human mind, so is the cosmic mind. As is the microcosm, so is the macrocosm. As is the atom, so is the universe.” – The Upanishads

The Importance of Restoring "Health Consciousness"
Consciousness is the most powerful level of smriti because all the outer layers of life depend on the inner layers and Pure Consciousness is the deepest level of all ~ a unified field of energy & intelligence underlying everything in creation.
"Disease never starts in the body—always first in the mind, in the head. Ayurveda mainly leads from the consciousness ~ consciousness-based health care. So the health should be taken care of from the consciousness, because all these things develop from the smriti, the memory. The energies flowing in our body are focusing and aiming, structuring everything—good thoughts create the good energies, bad thoughts create the bad energies." Vaidya J. R. Raju
"It all depends on memory. If one panchakarma (PK) enlivens the memory then that is enough. But always you want more—panchakarma makes us younger, forces us to want more. But the habit in life is to pull the negative things to us, so slowly the negative things come back after PK." Vaidya J. R. Raju
Smriti Vardhak Yog ~ Rasayana to Enliven the Cellular Memory
"Smriti works in all the areas because it works on the cellular level and makes the cell to restore its own memory—brings the cellular DNA back to its proper sequence. Yes, the DNA will repair itself, depending on the person's age, digestive strength, and all these things. With better digestion, the better the smriti works. Smriti is especially powerful when taken during that 3:30 to 5:30 early morning time (brahmi muhurta). During that time it is mainly good for the mind. Immediately it goes into the deeper and deeper levels and then spreads to all over the body." Vaidya Krishna Raju ~ SEE LINK: Rasayanas & Remedies
Smriti Experience: "A different flavor of mood is creeping into my life, and I do feel better all around ~ more energy, clearer mind, lighter."
